U15's Victorious in the Yorkshire ECB Cup Semi Final (Sunday 19th June)
Richmond batted first and did well despite losing a number of wickets:

With an added 6 extras we went into bowl with a score of 110 on the board.
We bowled and fielded fantastically in the second innings, Johnny Carlton dismissed their opening batsman for 0 in his first over and the momentum was continued with wickets taken by Johnny Carlton (4overs, 2 wickets for 3 runs), Matthew Price (1 over, 2 wickets for 4 runs) and the pick of the bowling coming from Jordan Forbes (3overs, 5 wickets for 11 runs), Tom Dowson also took a run out with catches coming from Tom Spencely, Harvey Websdale, Jonny Carr x 2, Johnny Carlton, George Spink and Gary Walker.
It was an excellent performance from all the boys showing great depth in their batting and bowling/fielding.
We started the final match at 4pm against Hallam CC, we managed to bowl them all out of 65, (James Kelly 4 overs, 1 wicket for 23 runs, Jordan Forbes 4 overs, 2 wickets for 11 runs, Harvey Websdale 4 overs, 3 wickets for 5 runs, Matthew Price 2.2 overs, 1 wicket for 16 runs and Mark Walker 1 over, 1 wicket for 1 run) however, they had taken a few early wickets from us when the umpires called us off the field due to the, by then torrential rain. The match will now have to be replayed, it has been suggested it will be next Sunday 26th June, however this has yet to be confirmed.
