Under 11 Festival, Sunday 23rd June
We are holding our annual U11 festival on Sunday 23rd June, we will be putting in at least three Richmondshire teams, there will also be teams from Darlington, Barnard Castle and Barton. For many of our younger members, this is their introduction to competitive cricket, it is one of my favourite cricket events.
The festival lasts all day, all teams get two league games, after lunch there are two semi-finals and a final.
It is customary that at some stage in the competition, the Richmondshire B team embarrasses the A team.
This is a hard ball event, those interested in playing should declare their interest to Richard Dowson or Jim While.
