Adult 5th XI fixture Weds 15th May

To play in an adult fixture, U13 players need a form recommending their suitability signed by a parent and level 2 coach from the club, U12 players need a form signed by a coach from a district or county squad as well as the parent. These forms need to be lodged with the league before they can play, older juniors do not need these forms.
