Friday 27 May: Gilling West barbecue & ABF U11 Festival preparation
We are holding a barbecue at Gilling West this coming Friday, starting at around 6:30PM.
All parents (of both Primary and Secondary Juniors) are invited to come along and enjoy an evening watching the Juniors practise.
We'll be selling top-notch (Hamiltons) cheeseburgers - complete with all the trimmings - for a couple of pounds; hot dogs for just £1.50.
Tea and coffee, biscuits and confectionery will be available in the pavilion, but feel free to bring your own beer and wine if you wish - plastic glasses only please!
At around 8PM we will hold an informal meeting to prepare for the ABF U11 Festival which takes place on Sunday 12 June at the main ground.
All monies raised on the day will be donated to ABF The Soldiers Charity, and we are looking for volunteers to help make this day a great success.
