Under 13's 2008 Season
As you will be aware we have entered an under 13’s team in the D&DJ league. The fixtures and cup games can be found in the Club Handbook. Games start on Sunday the 4th of May and run until Sunday the 3rd of August, with all games taking place on a Sunday morning.
The team will be selected from the team net and coaching session that is held at the club on a Thursday night (6.00pm until 7.30pm).
8 players and one reserve will be picked for each game. Players will need cricket whites, a bat, gloves, pads, a helmet and a box. We have spares if needed (not the box though !).
Following ECB guidelines in the area of player development, we are keen to ensure as many players as possible are involved. Therefore we hope that all under 13’s will play in the team at some stage during the season.
To help us manage a sensible team rota it would be useful if parents could let us know dates when your child is not available due to holidays and other commitments.
