Enrolment Day Sunday 20 April 10AM
The Junior section of Richmondshire Cricket Club is kick-starting the 2008 season with a special enrolment day at the club on Sunday 20 April: regular evening training sessions begin the very next day, Monday 21 April at 6PM.
I would like to invite boys and girls of all abilities, aged between seven and thirteen, to come along and take part in a range of coaching sessions and games.
The club is making a big effort to improve the standard of coaching and facilities we offer the children: for example, by June the club will have eleven ECB Level II coaches working with the Junior section, compared to just a single ECB Level II coach last year.
Starting this summer, you can expect the coaching we provide to be of a much higher standard with ECB-qualified coaches delivering a structured coaching plan that will help young cricketers to develop and enjoy the game at every level.
Please come along next Sunday and see what the club has to offer: enrol your child(ren) for a summer of quality cricket coaching; pick up the 2008 Club handbook; and order from our exciting range of cricket clothing specifically designed for our Junior section.
The session is free of charge, so it’s a great opportunity for those who haven’t played before to get a taste of what will be on offer at the club this year.
The session begins at 10AM and finishes at 1PM, and we look forward to seeing you there - and if you know of anyone else who may be interested, please spread the word!
