COACHING SESSION PROTOCOL: PARENTS & CHILDREN

  • U9, U11 & U13 Monday sessions begin at 6:00PM and end at 7:30PM prompt

  • U9, U11 & U13 Sunday sessions begin at 10:00AM and end at 11:30AM prompt

  • U13 Thursday sessions begin at 6:00PM and end at 7:30PM prompt

  • It is the responsibility of Parents/Guardians to get children to and from Coaching Sessions and Matches

  • Parents/guardians must drop off children no earlier than 10 minutes before the start of a session and no later than 10 minutes after the start of a session

  • Parents/guardians must pick up children no later than 10 minutes after the end of a session

  • All children must register at the beginning of each session

  • 2008 Enrolment Form must be fully completed and presented by the child and an accompanying parent/guardian by Monday 19 May

  • £50 Junior fees must be paid in full by Monday 2 June

  • Children must wear proper footwear, clothing and protective equipment ( if required, as specified by coach)

  • Children should bring a snack and drink to maintain energy levels and hydration

  • On hot sunny days, children should wear sun block and a hat to prevent sunburn and sunstroke

  • Parents and children must observe the club’s code(s) of conduct in accordance with club policies

  • Bad behaviour will not be tolerated – the club will take appropriate action in accordance with its disciplinary procedures

  • In case of poor weather, check this blog to see if the session has been cancelled
