Match Result - ECB Cup Round 1 - North Stainley U15's v Richmondshire U15's
Richmondshire U15's started their ECB cup campaign with a convincing win over North Stainley.
Richmondshire batted first and scored 146-4, Sam Winter retiring on 50, Tom Dowson was caught on 46, Matthew Price gave his new bat a good start scoring 16 from 6 balls before being caught, George Spink 6 and Mark Walker added a swift 12 from 6 balls, Tom Spencely and James Kelly finished the innings with 2 each.
Going in to bowl the light was fading but it made no difference to the excellent bowling:

Mark Walker 3-9 from 4 overs
Jonny Carr 1-3 from 3 overs
James Kelly 0-8 from 3 overs

The above meant we restricted North Stainley to a total score of just 67 giving Richmond a convincing victory.
