NYACC U13s vs Sedgefield match report

After losing the toss and put into bat against some good tight bowling we struggled to get going until a partnership started between Joe Carruthers and Kai York before Joe was out to a good catch on 13. Kai went on to build a 42 run partnership with Joe Syddall before having to retire on 30 not out, Joe finishing on 21 not out. Richmondshire posting 86 for 4.

In reply everyone bowled well, with the only wicket to fall was a run out by Gabriel Stewart, Sedgefield hitting the winning runs with 12 balls to spare. Again a good team performance in the field, with everyone working together supporting and encouraging each other to the last ball. Well done everyone.
