Monday night training

With fixtures coming to an end and the impact of the holiday season, attendance at Monday night training sessions has declined.

Next week, 21st August, was due to be the last session, but unless there are sufficient people come forward to say they would like an organised session next week, tonight's session will be the last.

The nets are still available for members to use and Alston is still about if people want to arrange one to one sessions with him (these are not free).

Friday night sessions will continue up to and including 8th September.
