ECB All Stars Cricket initiative for 5 to 8 year olds

The ECB is introducing "All Stars Cricket", an initiative to introduce cricket to 5 to 8 year olds who have no previous experience of the game. This will be a heavily marketed 8 week programme of weekly sessions running at cricket clubs from mid-May.

All Stars Cricket will be available at Richmondshire Cricket Club. Both paid-up junior members of the appropriate age and non-members who have registered centrally with the All Stars programme will be able to take part in these sessions.

Members and non-members who register centrally with the All Stars programme will receive delivered to their home various items of kit, including a plastic bat, cap, shirt with their name on it, drinks bottle and rucksack. This will cost £40 and is not paid to the club.

Non-members who have paid £40 to join the All Stars scheme will only be entitled to attend the specific All Stars sessions. To receive other benefits, they will need to become members of the cricket club.
