A few more details about the festival:

Sunday 23rd June at Richmondshire Cricket Club
All players to meet at the Club at 9.30am for a prompt 10am start
There will be two groups of teams and all teams will get at least 2 games
It is difficult to be exact on timings, however it is likely the group stages will be completed by 3pm.
After the group stages four teams will then qualify for semi finals and for those reaching the final of the Festival it would be hoped it would finish for 6.30pm at the latest.
As a reminder this is hard ball cricket and all children need to be happy playing this. We will look to do some 'final trials' at training on Friday evening. However at present everyone on the Festival list on a previous blog post should assume they are playing.
Children should bring along any equipment they have. The Club have some pads, gloves, helmets, bats for those who don't have them.
In the event of inclement weather and the Festival being cancelled I will endeavour to contact people and put details on the blog as soon as possible. However if you have any doubts about travelling and wish to contact me to check conditions before setting off. please do so on 07909 875727.
With so many Richmond children competing (which is great) we will be looking for parental help with scoring, umpiring and just general assistance with teams. Any help gratefully received.
A BBQ will be in operation at the ground, please support this as monies raised will go to our charity, the ABF.
