NatWest CricketForce Weekend 6th/7th April

This weekend is NatWest CricketForce weekend, when NatWest bank provides assistance, in the form of both money and people, to help clubs prepare their cricket grounds for the start of the season.

There will be sessions running at the main ground from 9.00 to 12.00 on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, plus another session running on Saturday afternoon from 1.00 to 4.00 if there are people who cannot make it for the morning sessions because of other commitments.

If you are able to come along to the morning sessions, please just turn up in old clothes, with any paint brushes, rakes and shovels/spades you can lay your hands on.

If you can only come along on Saturday afternoon, please bring the same gear, but let Jim While know by emailing jim@whilefamily.co.uk that you will be coming to this session instead.

There will be jobs suitable for younger juniors and parents without a high level of DIY skills and on Sunday, there is the option of booking a Sunday lunch afterwards in the clubhouse.
