Match Result Richmondshire U17s v Norton Monday 29 April

Richmondshire batted first and all our batsmen handled the conditions and bowling well - with Steven Male scoring 51 ably supported by Owen Kelly scoring 22 and Joe Shields 26 not out.  Richmondshire put on a total of 132 for the loss of 3 wickets.

In the second innings good tight bowling restricted Nortons run rate -  a burst by Angus Barlow taking 3 wickets for 7 runs put paid to any chances of a result for Norton.

The final result was Norton all out for 66 and a win for Richmondshire by 66 runs. 

A commendable effort and a great start to the season.
