How is it that there are under11 league match players in an under13 match for as i was told "social players"that did not get to play in league matches?

Although the least challenging of the leagues, this is still a league match. To have a decent and safe match you need an umpire, scorer, competent wicketkeeper and a side reasonably similar in standard to the opposition. If you look at the composition of the teams selected by Gaynor for D&DL matches, Gaynor has managed this by selecting some regular players from U11/U13 league teams and rotating others.

Dear anonymous, when selecting this particular team I first approached several <12 'social players' who were unfortunately unable to play due to other commitments. Due to the difficulty in putting this team together I then approached the under 11s to make up numbers.
I am doing my best to give everyone from the <13s match practice, if I have missed anyone out then please let me know.
