U13's Team Manager 2010
This year the Under 13’s squad is entered in 2 leagues:
Hambleton U13’s League – Teams from North Yorkshire
- 20/20 Cricket
- April until July (School Terms Timings)
- Sunday Mornings Only
U13’s Darlington & District – Local Teams
Junior Cricket League - 20 Over pairs cricket
- May until September
- Sunday Mornings, but flexible fixtures.
The U13 Coaches are Mark Southcott & Jon Swift, both will coach on a Wednesday Evening, but due to other cricketing commitments cannot be available every Sunday for the U13’s team games.
We therefore need a parent to be the U13’s Team Manager. The role will require:
• Selection of teams with Mark & Jon on Wednesday evening
• Selection of teams via text if Wednesday is rained-off
• Umpiring the games (its not difficult – no LBW’s !)
• Taking the team equipment (e.g Wicket Keeper Set & Balls) to the games
• Reporting the results to the league officials.
The only requirement is that a CRB check is undertaken.
